Shipping & Returns


All the prices are in New Zealand dollars NZD.

If you are ordering from outside New Zealand, check the currency rate online to avoid any unpleasant surprises. Typically, 1 NZD is equal to about 0.70-0.75 USD (US dollars), however, the exchange rate can change suddenly and you will be charged at the rate set by your bank or credit card company.


The shipping cost will be automatically displayed on the Checkout page after you have added the products to the cart (it is also displayed in New Zealand dollars). Make sure you select the correct shipping option based on your address - this is not automatic, unfortunately! (We are working on making it automatic).  If you choose the the incorrect shipping choice, you may pay too little or too much for shipping.

The New Zealand shipping choices allows you to order up to 16 spools in one order. The international choices allows you to order up to 3 spools. For larger orders, please contact us and we will find the most affordable rate for you.

We do apologize for the high shipping cost for international orders - shipping prices are still going crazy, and there is nothing we can do about it. :-( We are actively looking for distributors and retailers in other countries. If you don't live in New Zealand and want to buy our filament, you unfortunately either have to accept the high shipping cost, or wait and hope there will soon be a retailer near you. :-)

Orders will usually be shipped within two working days, and more often than not the same or the next day. If there is a delay for some reason, we will let you. The shipping times varies greatly these days. Please be patient - shipping is still quite messy everywhere in the world!


Want it today? Buy it from one of our fabulous resellers.

Want a spool today? Some of our awesome resellers have physical stores. Call in advance if you need a specific colour to make sure it is in stock. 


We understand that you might want to save the shipping cost, and we we also  understand that you might be curious about our manufacturing, and really want to stop by. However, please understand that KiwiFil is an operating factory (although rather small), with many health and safety measures in place. Also, KiwiFil is a "two man band" - it is run by Eva and Bill, and we are very busy. However, you can order with "pickup by appointment". If we have the time (and you are wearing closed-toe shoes), we will happily show you around our modest operation.You can also take your chance and just stop by, but we may not be in, and we may not have what you need in stock.


Contact us if you want to make a return, or in the unlikely event that there is something wrong with the shipment or the filament. We have a 100% money back guarantee if the filament doesn't work in your printer. However, original shipping and return shipping might not be refunded unless the product is faulty.
